Day 1: Arrival for Murchison Falls Wildlife Safari (Uganda)
After landing at the Entebbe International Airport –EBB, expect to find an experienced driver guide from Flawless Adventure Planners Limited.
Before leaving the airport, you will complete the immigration protocol with the help of our meet and greet expert.
After the immigration process, the meet and greet expert hands you over to the driver guide to transfer you to the hotel in Entebbe town.
At the hotel, you will have a quick introduction to your itinerary and also use the rest of the time for relaxation.
Day 2: Drive from Entebbe to Murchison –Rhino Trekking in Ziwa
Wake up to enjoy a hefty breakfast and then set off for Murchison Falls National Park, marking the start of your Uganda wildlife safari. A road trip journey to Murchison is likely to extend for about 6-7 hours and covers Ziwa rhino trekking experience en route.
Leave Ziwa and have lunch in one of the best hotels in Masindi. From Masindi town, connect to Kichumbanyobo gate and head straight to the top of the falls.
Have a moment at the top of the falls, including observing and taking pictures. The rest of the evening will be for having fun in the accommodation.
Murchison Falls National Park is notably the oldest park in Uganda and also the largest conservation area.
Sitting on an area of 3840 sq. km, Murchison is truly Uganda’s stunning paradise and an excellent site for you to experience a game drive and a boat cruise tour.
Day 3: Game drive and boat cruise experience in Murchison
Enjoy a hefty breakfast, and early in the morning, you will start the day with a memorable game drive.
The game drive session is estimated to extend for about 2 to 3 hours along the Northern circuit of Murchison Falls National Park.
In a safe 4×4 safari vehicle with a pop-up roof, expect to get exposed to a diversity of animals.
The popular and likely animals to explore here include the Rothschild giraffes, leopards, hyenas, Uganda Kobs, Oribis, Jackson’s hartebeest, lions, buffaloes, and elephants. After the private game drive session, get back and enjoy a delicious lunch.
Resume the afternoon game viewing session, but focus on the boat tour starting from the Paraa Jetty.
Experience 2 to 3 hours along the Victoria Nile to the bottom of the Murchison Waterfalls. Expected sightings for the day include hippos, crocodiles, and aquatic birds.
On board the boat, expect to get some cold drinks to keep your thirst low. After the boat cruise experience, return to the lodge to relax and ensure you reflect on your full-day excursion.
Day 4: Return to Entebbe through Luweero town
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the accommodation booked and after, you will be making the return journey to Entebbe city.
En route, lunch will be enjoyed in one of the best restaurants. Continue to Entebbe for drop off at the lodge or at the airport to take a flight back home.
